STUDENT QUARTER-HOUR

The Faculty of Philology building operates under an electronic room access system. This means that each room in the building can only be opened by the authorised persons (the academic or administration staff) holding a valid access card. The rooms are open for access from the corridor for the first 15 minutes of each class. After the so-called “student quarter-hour” (kwadrans studencki) has passed, the room may no longer be accessed from the outside, which makes it difficult to get inside.
