The Alumni Gala is an event that has already become a tradition of the Faculty of Management of the University of Lodz.
This is a great moment to sum up several years of learning together and a perfect way to ensure that the end of studies is something more than formalities in the Dean's office. The Alumni Gala is a celebration of the entire community of the Faculty of Management. It is worth it to join in - put on a gown and a cap and receive your graduation diploma from the Dean of the Faculty of Management of the University of Lodz in the presence of lecturers, family and friends. And finally, celebrate this moment together with a ceremonial toast. It will certainly be a very nice memory for a lifetime. So let this be a special day for all of you!

Participation in the Alumni Gala is free of charge.
Information about graduation gowns and caps
Graduating from the university is a turning point. We recommend that you wear a unique outfit on the day of the Alumni Gala - a graduation gown and cap - the traditional symbols of academic dignity, which are a unique souvenir of this period of education.
To rent a gown and cap free of charge, select the option in the application form: "I rent a graduation gown and cap." If you want the memory of the Alumni Gala to stay with you for longer, we suggest purchasing a graduation cap. To do it, you have to make a payment to the account of the Association of Management Innovators. Until the end of the registration period (until November 27, 2025), you will pay only PLN 30. The fee for purchasing a cap on the day of the Alumni Gala is PLN 40 (payable only in cash).

The purchased graduation cap can be collected on the day of the Alumni Gala - November 29, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the cloakroom of the Faculty of Management of the University of Lodz (level -1).
The decision to purchase a cap means that you consent to the processing of personal data by the Association of Management Innovators for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

Attention!
We invite you to collect your gowns and caps on the day of the Alumni Gala - November 29, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the cloakroom of the Faculty of Management of the University of Lodz (level -1). Please return the borrowed gowns and caps to the cloakroom immediately after the Alumni Gala.
What should I do to receive my diploma from the Dean during the Gala?
In connection with the ceremonial presentation of diplomas during the Alumni Gala, please proceed as follows:
- graduates who received the diploma - deliver the original diploma in a cover to the dean's office (room 13) no later than on the day of the ceremony between 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
- graduates who have not completed the necessary formalities:
- provide the completed electronic circulation card generated in the dean's office
- submit the student ID and confirmation of receiving the diploma as well as leave the original diploma in the dean's office no later than on the day of the ceremony between 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
