The mission of the Faculty of Management, University of Lodz is to develop theoretical and applied knowledge in the field of management-related sciences by conducting scientific research and teaching at an international level. Through our activities, we contribute to the economic, social and cultural development of Poland and Lodz region. We are an organisation focused on cooperation with domestic and international educational and research institutions, as well as entities from the business environment and the public sector. Our distinguishing features are an interdisciplinary approach to  research activities and teaching specialisations, ethics, responsibility, professionalism as well as the ability to anticipate and effectively respond to changes occurring in the environment.
