Psychologist, certified cognitive-behavioral therapist (PTTPB no. 267), academic lecturer, and trainer. He works at the Department of Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology at the Institute of Psychology, University of Łódź.
He teaches practical courses in psychological support, crisis intervention, contemporary approaches to psychotherapy, and ethics in everyday psychological practice. He combines clinical experience with academic teaching and scientific research.
His research focuses on the psychological mechanisms underlying vulnerability to depressive and anxiety disorders, particularly the role of cognitive schemas and family relationships. Since 2008, he has been providing individual psychotherapy, and since 2013 he has also served as a teaching therapist in accredited psychotherapy training programs.
He is also engaged in the popularization of psychological knowledge by leading workshops and courses for parents and schools, promoting respectful, emotionally-aware approaches to parenting and child development.
