1. Teaching activities: conducting teaching classes (lectures, monographic lectures, seminars, master's seminars in the field of labour law), conducting examinations and assessments, including diploma examinations; conducting and reviewing diploma theses.

2. Scientific and research activities: conducting scientific research (in particular in the field of labour inspection and atypical forms of employment), publishing research results, participating in scientific meetings (conferences and seminars).

3. Organizational activities: work in collegial bodies of faculty and the University of Lodz (participation in the work of  the Occupational Health and Safety Committee at the University of Lodz), work in doctoral and habilitation committees.
