Support and Accessibility Centre
Administrative services of the CWiD of the University of Lodz, including:
1. Handling civil law contracts:
Preparation of contracts and settlement of accounts.
2. Implementation of purchasing plans in accordance with the modes obtained from the Purchasing Department:
market discernment, preparation of requests for proposals and contracts for purchases
contacting contractors to discuss the implementation of supplies/services
settlement of invoices.
3. Conducting statistics and reporting on:
the number of students and doctoral students with a disability certificate
scope of specialized support provided at the Center.
4. Accounting for grants to support the process of education and research of people with disabilities and other sources of funding (external projects):
planning of expenditures, control of expenditures and reporting on expenditures.
5. Administrative support of projects carried out at CWiD of the University of Lodz.
6. Execution of tasks related to the implementation of accessibility in the unit.
7. Administrative support of the Accessibility Team.
8. Inventory matters: conducting an inventory of fixed assets.
9. Cooperation with internal and external entities in the implementation of the tasks of the CWiD of the University of Lodz.
10. Promoting the activities of the UŁ CWiD.
11. Performance of other tasks related to the activities of the UŁ CWiD.
