Job description

Assistant Professor

Department of Economic and Medical Informatics

He conducts teaching and research activities in the field of computer science and the digital society. As part of his teaching duties, he leads courses in algorithmics and computer application programming, educating students in modern software development methods.

His research focuses on issues related to the broadly understood digital society, with particular emphasis on the application of IT tools and artificial intelligence. His studies include the development of digital technologies, the analysis of their impact on the economy and society, and the application of AI methods in various fields of science and industry.

 

Bio

Dr Michał Błaszczyk completed a master's degree in Computer Science and Econometrics and a doctoral program in Economics, obtaining a PhD in economic sciences in the field of economics. Additionally, he completed postgraduate studies in management and the commercialization of research results.

In his teaching activities, he primarily conducts courses in algorithmics and computer application programming. His research focuses on issues related to the broadly understood digital society, particularly the use of IT tools and artificial intelligence. He has many years of practical experience in software development.



Interests

Software development, modern technologies, the digital society, open smart home ecosystems, and the Internet of Things.
