I am a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź. In 2019, I was awarded a PhD in Social Sciences in the field of Legal Sciences, based on my doctoral dissertation titled "Termination of Employment at the Initiative of the Employee and the Principle of Freedom of Work."
I completed my legal training at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Łódź in 2016, and since then, I have been practicing as a legal adviser.
I am a member of the Polish Scientific Network for Labour Law and Social Security COOPERANTE.

Organizational duties include, in particular, organizing conferences, seminars, and other forms of academic activity.
